Diary News: Updates to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

We’ve updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We are pleased to announce that Diary accounts are now free. We no longer charge a subscription fee. To reflect the new approach, we’ve changed the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, so that the word “subscription” has has been replaced with “account”.

You will also find additional information regarding your data. Where you have chosen to give access to your data to any third parties (including, but not limited to, medical providers, hospitals, insurers, and other Diary users) for medical diagnosis, care delivery, payments, support, analysis, and other purposes in both anonymous and personally identified formats – with the requirement that some or all of your data will not be deleted in the future – then your data will continue to be stored, shared and used as you have agreed. You agree not to hold us responsible for any use or publication of your data which you have chosen to share from your Diary or account.
