Kamogawa City, Japan, November 2, 2017 – The Kameda General Medical Center started clinical testing using The Diary’s product suite to measure blood sugar, daily activity, and food intake for patients with diabetes and endocrine disease. With daily readings using Apple Watches and iPhones, clinic staff are able to validate the patient’s behavior remotely and respond to changes in treatment and activity.
The study is approved by the clinical research committee of the Kameda Medical Center. The Diary was selected because of the technology’s advanced patient-clinician communication capabilities.
