How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on where you’re located. For more information click here. During busy periods, it might take us up to two weeks to fulfil your order, on top of the usual delivery times - but trust us, it’ll be worth the wait.
Can I return my item to you?
We’re happy to accept returns within 28 days of your order being dispatched. Just make sure your items are unused, in sellable condition, and still have the shrink wrap unopened. Once we receive your parcel, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
We suggest using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage so your return reaches us safely. If your parcel does go missing in transit, you’ll need to reach out to your shipping provider to claim compensation, as we can only issue refunds with proof of delivery. Please keep in mind that we can’t refund items returned after 28 days, and return postage costs will need to be covered by the sender.
