We anticipate a 1-week delivery window after placing your ordering, however please allow extra time leading up to the Christmas period. Please note that in order to reduce waste we are producing to order.

Yes but we can’t guarantee this. Please let us know both order numbers and we will try our best to get this sorted with our warehouse to combine these, once combined we can refund one of your postage costs. 

All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

For the UK please allow 3-4 working days for delivery, after notification of dispatch.

Please note that delays in the service of Royal Mail are out of our control. If you haven't received your order within this time frame, we ask that you allow an additional 4 working days before you get in touch with us.

For Europe, 10 working days.

For others 16 working days.

You can return your items to us within 28 days of your order being dispatched. The item must not have been used and in a sellable condition with the shrink wrap unopened. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Please DO NOT return your item to us after 28 days as we will not be able to process a refund for you. It will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage.

Sadly, we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss.

As always we recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending your item via a tracked service. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for a return I'm afraid we cannot then reasonably refund you for the goods that you have sent to us.

Sorry to hear that, please email us on contact@thediary.com and we can sort out sending the correct colour and returning the incorrect item.

We do not include any price/monetary value within our parcels sent out.
