Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship corporate and team orders to the UK and the US.
If you’re based elsewhere, let us know — we’re expanding soon and may be able to make an exception for larger orders.
Can you send to multiple addresses?
Yes. We offer two simple delivery options — we can ship everything to one location (ideal for events or offices) or send to many recipients individually across the UK or US.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 5–7 working days once your details are confirmed.
If you have a specific event date, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For corporate pricing and customisation, we recommend a minimum of 25 units. Smaller bulk orders can still be placed through our standard online store.
Can we mix different products in one order?
Absolutely. You can combine Conversation Cards and The 1% Diary in the same shipment or mix them for individual deliveries.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Pricing scales based on volume, starting from 25 units.
