Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.
During busy periods, for example around Black Friday and new product launches, it may take us up to two weeks to fulfil your order, on top of the usual delivery times. But trust us, it’ll be worth the wait!
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Can I change my order?
At current, we are unable to change any order details after it has been placed. Please ensure your details are correct before checking out.
I didn't receive my package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, contact@thediary.com and we'll get it sorted!
